I am not sure what the licensing is like in Nicaragua, but I can tell you about it here. Basically it sounds like you are interested in how much it costs. We can get people a Sport Pilot License for as low as $4000. A Private Pilot license will be about $6000 to $7000. So that is an estimate on how much it costs for dreams to come true!
