Hi reckon ud say im little new w/gyro’s..r most or some 2 seat gyro’s,@or below 1230lbs on lsa wt? im 5’3″,62 yrs old,like to fly one some day,I flew X country yrs ago ina c 172,c 182,piper colt,howard 15 dga..yrs ago had a ball…love to get 2 seat gyro some day if their under 1230 lbs…Rex

Rex, there are some 2 seaters below that weight, but not too many. If you look around you could probably find one without too much effort. I would recommend starting a discussion on the Rotary Forum. There are a lot of Gyro people on there that could help you out. It is at

I am not sure what the licensing is like in Nicaragua, but I can tell you about it here. Basically it sounds like you are interested in how much it costs. We can get people a Sport Pilot License for as low as $4000. A Private Pilot license will be about $6000 to $7000. So that is an estimate on how much it costs for dreams to come true!
